San Terra Properties, a DBA of Westport Property Group, Inc. (“we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website and services, and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, property address, details about a property or rental search, and your message.
When you use our property management services, you may also give us rental application details, property and lease information, and maintenance requests. Applications may include a credit or background check, done with your consent. Payments are processed through AppFolio; we don’t store card or bank numbers on our website.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies, to see how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how they arrived, general location, and device type. It doesn’t give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
To respond to you, process applications, manage properties and leases, coordinate maintenance, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Formspree delivers website form submissions to our email.
- Google Analytics measures website usage.
- AppFolio runs our listings, applications, payments, and tenant and owner portals. AppFolio’s privacy policy also applies there.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
Website form submissions are deleted after 12 months unless you become a client, in which case they’re kept with your client records as the law requires.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. To review, correct or delete information you’ve given us, contact us below. Our site doesn’t respond to “Do Not Track” signals, since there’s no common standard for them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
