What do I need to qualify?
- Income: gross household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Combined household income counts.
- Credit: a minimum score of 640 for homes renting under $4,000 a month, and 680 for homes renting at $4,000 or more.
- History: we verify your employment and your rental history with past landlords, and applicants can’t have prior evictions.
How much is the application fee?
$60 per adult applicant. If your application isn’t screened, you can request a refund.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property. Ask about the home you’re interested in when you call to schedule a tour.
How do I schedule a tour?
Call the office at 858-832-7800, weekdays 9am–4:30pm, to schedule an in-person tour with one of our agents.
