San Terra Properties wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and our services.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is built to work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom. Form fields are labeled, images have text descriptions, and text colors are chosen to be readable for people with low vision. We test the site with accessibility tools when we make changes.

Services run by other companies

Some links take you to services run by other companies, including AppFolio for rental listings, applications, and the tenant and owner portals. We don’t control how those sites are built. If you can’t complete something there, contact us and we’ll help you do it another way.

Reasonable accommodations
